Fibers used in nonwoven production are mainly polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET). In addition, there are nylon (PA), viscose fiber, acrylic fiber, ethylene fiber (HDPE) and chlorine fiber (PVC). According to the application requirements, non-woven fabrics are divided into two categories: disposable application type and durable type. According to the production process is divided into: PET polyester nonwoven fabric 1. Spunlaced nonwovens: Spunlaced technology is to spray high-pressure micro-water onto one or more layers of fiber webs, so that the fibers are intertwined with each other, so that the fiber webs can be reinforced and have certain strength. 2. Hot-bonded non-woven fabric: Hot-bonded non-woven fabric refers to adding fibrous or powdery hot-melt bonding reinforcement materials to the fiber web, and then heating, melting and cooling the fiber web to reinforce it into cloth. 3. Pulp airlaid nonwoven fabric: airlaid nonwoven fabric can also be called dust-free paper and dry papermaking nonwoven fabric. It uses the air-laid technology to open the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, then uses the air-laid method to agglutinate the fibers on the netting curtain, and the fiber net is reinforced into cloth. 4. Wet-process nonwoven fabric: Wet-process nonwoven fabric is to open fiber raw materials placed in water medium into single fibers, and at the same time, mix different fiber raw materials to make fiber suspension slurry, which is conveyed to the web-forming mechanism, and the fibers are web-formed in wet state and then reinforced into cloth. 5. Spunbonded nonwovens: Spunbonded nonwovens are made by laying the filaments into a web after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments, and then making the web into nonwovens by self-bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement. 6. Melt-blown nonwoven fabric: The process of melt-blown nonwoven fabric: polymer feeding-melt extrusion-fiber formation-fiber cooling-netting-reinforcement into cloth. 7. Needle-punched non-woven fabric: Needle-punched non-woven fabric is a kind of dry non-woven fabric. Needle-punched non-woven fabric is used to reinforce fluffy fiber web into cloth by the puncture effect of needles. 8. Stitched non-woven fabric: Stitched non-woven fabric is a kind of dry non-woven fabric. Stitched non-woven fabric is made by reinforcing web, yarn layer, non-woven material (such as plastic sheet, plastic foil, etc.) or their combination with warp knitting loop structure. 9. Hydrophilic non-woven fabrics: mainly used in the production of medical and health materials, in order to obtain a better feel and not scratch the skin. Like sanitary napkins and sanitary pads, the hydrophilic function of hydrophilic non-woven fabrics is utilized.
